Athenry & Killascobe Foróige clubs are hosting this year’s Christmas disco in Gort Community Centre on Friday December 12th, 2014. This is a members-only disco, and will have leaders from all clubs attending to supervise on the buses and at the disco. Details: Bus will leave Loughrea from outside the Temperance Hall at 8:20 pm and return at approximately 12:45am. Cost:- €10 per person - €5 Entry and €5 towards the bus. The club will subsidise the remainder of the cost The consent form, plus €10 must be returned to the club on Friday 5th Dec if a member wishes to attend the disco. The consent for is attached below. Reminders: - We need forms returned by the indicated date to book places, order buses and ensure adequate leaders. Space is limited – we cannot accommodate late forms. - If you lose a form, or need a new copy, you can always find it on the website (http://foroigeloughrea.org) and print out another copy.
