The club end-of-year disco will be held on Friday May 10^th at G2 in Kilconnell. This is an East Galway District Council-hosted event and will have most clubs in the county attending. This is a members-only disco, and will have leaders from all clubs attending to supervise on the buses and at the disco. The consent form can be found below for download.

 

Details:- Bus will leave Loughrea from the fire station at 8:15 pm and return at approximately 1:00am.

Cost:-         €10 per person.

                     The club will subsidise the remainder of the cost

 

The consent form, plus €10 must be returned to the club on Fri 3^st May if a member wishes to attend the disco. 

 

Reminder: We need forms returned by the indicated date in order to order buses and ensure adequate leader coverage. We cannot accommodate late forms as we have to prebook spaces at the disco and on the buses.
