The process that we follow is as follows:

 - we determine the number of returning members

 - we know how many leaders that we have

 - at the information and registration night for parents, we determine how many prospective new members there are

 - we can then determine if we have the leader coverage to run two clubs, and/or can just run a single club

For prospective new members, we request that at least one parent or guardian attend the information meeting, and we will collect registration forms at the meeting. We will take any additional applications, space allowing, at the first-year opening night, tentatively scheduled for September 30th.
