The Galway Reference Panel Members, in conjunction with the East Galway District Council, are hosting a ball for older Foróige members in the Raheen Woods Hotel on Friday April 1^st, 2016. 

This is a members-only event for Foróige members doing Junior Cert this year, or having already completed their Junior cert, and will have leaders from all clubs attending to supervise on the buses and be at the ball. Dress Code is formal – i.e. shirt/pants or dress OK but tracksuits, jeans, etc. not acceptable – but it is not expected that members need go to the expense of hiring/buying suits or dresses.

Pickup of signed permission slips (attached below), and money for ticket & bus, will be done at the clubhouse between 8:30 and 9pm on Friday 18^th March 2016, though there is no club that night. Also, please inform us of any dietary needs/restrictions.

Details:    Bus will leave Loughrea from outside the Temperance Hall at 7:10 pm and return at approximately 12:30am.

Cost:-         €20 per person - €15 Entry Ticket and €5 towards the bus.

                     The club will subsidise the remainder of the cost

The consent form (attached), plus €20 must be returned to the club house on Fri 18^th Mar if a member wishes to attend the disco.
