This is a meeting for parents or guardians (please no members) to do the registration process for existing members, and to bring to your attention an issue that concerns the operation of the club.

All existing members are welcome to rejoin the club, and we look forward to seeing all members return.

For existing members, registration will happen at a meeting on Thursday August 28th at 8pm in the Youth Clubhouse. The annual registration fee is the same as last year - €25 for one member, €35 for multiple members of the same family. We will collect the fees at the meeting.

We will have the forms available on the night as we need to witness the parent/guardian’s signature on the form.

Note that the meeting is for parents - we would appreciate no members or other children.

The issue that we are facing is that we have lost more than half our leaders over the last year. We expect a certain turnover of leaders each year, and it is a good thing to keep new ideas and life in the club, but this last year was higher than normal. The impact of this is that we may not be able to utilize the gym and outings may be curtailed.

This is a plea for any of you who may be willing to volunteer 3-4 hours about 10 times per year. Or if you know of any adult that might be interested in volunteering, please let us know. It is a valuable and rewarding experience, and is greatly appreciated by the members.
